The Backstory
The client was frustrated with vocabulary apps that give you random word lists. They wanted to learn from what they actually read — articles, books, web pages. I built an app that watches your clipboard: copy any text, and it detects unfamiliar words, generates flashcards with definitions and examples, and schedules reviews using spaced repetition for long-term retention.
